The cake, the pies and the coffee are excellent. The ambience invites you to linger and enjoy. The service is friendly and courteous.

We were in the café for the first time and as a couple. When I wanted to find out more about the various cakes at the cake counter, I felt like a troublemaker. I also found it frightening that the boss walked through the café without covering her mouth and nose during our entire stay and spoke to us and other guests in this inconsiderate and disrespectful manner, for example when she was visiting us. B. led to our place. The Corona traffic light in Rostock is dark yellow! It was pleasant to deal with the employee, who brought us the coffee and the cake and constantly complied with the hygiene regulations. The quality of the coffee and cake were average. Today there is only one star. Perhaps my current impression will be revised on a next visit. Everyone has a bad day.

Today we decided to go to the café for a drink, stopped by .. Upon request we got a table with a sign with a reservation, at the beginning I thought it was ok that we could sit down, then a couple came, I sat back to back , I found not well resolved, the staff without a mask ?? Unfortunately the tables at the entrance were close together, no list to register, in the covid time I didn't understand ...

Everything okay. Visually very appealing cakes, the taste of which was rather meaningless, the service was okay, the prices too. No card payment, but deduction of points

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Everything tastes good, and the young service was really hard-working and friendly. Negative: very disorganized, you wait a relatively long time and everything gets mixed up so that some of us were done before others even got anything. When we noted that we only got a brief and unfriendly statement (looked like the boss) that we could have imagined. Accordingly, not worth the price. The distance between guests is also not really taken into account // service without mask.

When the coffee house was new, we loved it. Finally enjoy stylish cakes and coffee or an excellent cocoa. We treated ourselves to that from time to time over the years. So the plan yesterday too - good cake with a delicious drink. The difference to our previous visits? We dared to appear with a child. Upon entering, an elderly lady, keeper, stormed out of the bar. Slight horror / panic in view, no greeting and just the question of what we want here please. "We don't have high chairs, please go to the neighbors!" Yes, the neighbor (Italian restaurant-café) comes highly recommended, but we actually wanted cake. Completely perplexed, we have now left the café and had to let this absurd spectacle sink in. It looks like the corona crisis hasn't hit this café so hard that you can afford to turn down "money". Well, you don't wish anything bad for anyone. So good luck with this concept! The neighbors will continue to be happy about the paying customers.

Nice location at the fountain. I was served very quickly. The cake was delicious and the service was super nice. Recommendable!

So today we were there for Women's Day in a girls' round (women aged 24-34). When we arrived and said there was a toddler and that some people had canceled, we were snapped at another table after a long wait. The staff was very unfriendly, especially child-unfriendly, you waited forever for your order or invoice and you were stared at by the many older guests. We won't go there again. Not recommendable.

Here young parents are clearly harassed with their children. Unfriendly wait staff and children are warned to stay in their chairs even though you want to leave before you leave.

So far we have liked to be here. The audience was always older but the cake tasted good. Today we wanted to stop there for the first time with our 7 month old daughter. As we were about to enter the café with the stroller, we were already opening the door. At first I thought, very friendly, that the door was kept open but because of ... The lady blocked the entrance and told us several times very aggressively that currently no table would be free and we could try it again in an hour. We were so offended that we could not react. Through the generous window front was clearly recognizable that many tables were free. I tolerate the concept of restaurateurs who do not want to include parents with children as their target group, but then you should communicate this openly and not evasive. Although the non-verbal level has spoken volumes in the current situation. So dear parents with children, please go around this locality, your loved ones are not welcome here!

The cafe is located away from the shopping arcade very nice. To our surprise, some employees or an older employee were very rude / snippy and opposite. Training in dealing with guests would be desirable. Unfortunately, a part of the offer for the main business hours were unfortunately not available. All in all, these points will lead us to avoid this café in the future (thank God there are cafés that appreciate the customer.

Well - you should not necessarily listen to what others say .....: So I was a bit skeptical at first when I came to a, or "The Cafe" last Sunday, but was very pleasantly surprised when entering the locality. Alone the decor and the ambience I found tasteful and very appealing. I think of the interior design and the design - that's what a "coffee house" should look like. We were served very fast and very friendly. Coffee, ice cream, cake - everything tasted and had normal prices. We sat at a round table and even had a clear view through the large windows to the outside and the long street. Toilets are clean and located on the ground floor, so well located for people with mobility problems. The location of the cafe is top anyway. Not only in the summer, you can sit outside comfortably, because even on this 12th May, this opportunity was already used by several guests, as the south-facing seats in front of the typical Hanseatic façade, even this afternoon already provided enough warming sun. The tram stops in principle at the door and we had on the day (Sunday afternoon) even for the car a free parking a few meters to the right altitude Ospa. So I like to come back to the "coffee-Kränzchen", so - thumbs up ...

We ordered our wedding cake from the coffee house. The price was good and it was made to our liking and they were very large portions. The cake was delicious! The delivery would have been made by us only at 13 clock, we were clocked in from the coffeehouse but much earlier. But the cake did not arrive until 10.30 o'clock, which gave us a little fright for a short time, because according to the coffeehouse it was supposed to arrive much earlier. But she was already on the phone after a phone call and shortly before the finish, so in the end everything was fine. (Cake toppers and flowers came from us.)

Very nice coffee and tasty cake

A nice coffee house with many different types of coffee and teas. The cake homemade, is really worth a sin. The milk coffee had a lot of foam and was really hot. Nice atmosphere.
